2019 Reserve Pinot Noir
The Pinot Noir grapes were grown in our estate vineyard’s black soils. The vineyard is completely managed by hand and yields were dropped to 1.5 tons/acre. Then hand picked 2 weeks later than other area growers to get the full ripeness. These ultra premium grapes led to a very concentrated velvety and perfumey wine. The best barrels were chosen to make a reserve wine aged 24 months in all French oak barrels from the best cooperages of France. 13.7% alc, 130 cases made.
