Wine Club Agreement & Your Commitment

• I understand that I will be billed for my Wine Club shipments prior to each shipment

• I am expected to order at least 12 bottles x 3 times a year (36 regular size bottles)

• There is no membership fee or membership cancellation fee.

• I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time after the next shipment; cancellations must be received at least four weeks before the next shipment

• I understand that as a Wine Club Member I can pick-up each of my wine shipments at Icellars Estate Winery free of charge

• This offer is void where prohibited by law

• There are no substitutions allowed for automatic wine shipment selections

• Member changes/cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail accepted) at least four weeks prior to the next shipment

• Unless previously arranged, we require club pick-ups at the Winery by December 15 of each calendar year after which they will be automatically shipped

• Icellars Estate Winery will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or re-shipped wines

• Membership is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash and all members must be of legal drinking age

• Due to vintage production variation, we reserve the right to change wines or allocations without notice

• Wine is shipped within Canada only

• This offer is subject to change without notice
